Hyundai i20 Magna CVT Launched: Automatic Variant Now More Affordable

Hyundai has made the i20 automatic more accessible by launching the Magna CVT variant, priced at Rs.8.89 lakh (ex-showroom). This move brings down the starting price of the i20 automatic by Rs.58,000 compared to the earlier entry-level Sportz CVT variant, which was priced at Rs.9.46 lakh. The Magna CVT not only offers the convenience of a CVT gearbox but also adds a sunroof, a premium feature missing from the Magna manual version.

• Price: Rs.27,000 less than the Magna MT

• Transmission: 5-speed Manual

• Features: Same as the Magna MT

• The Magna Executive variant is Hyundai’s way of offering the i20 at a more accessible price without compromising on features, aiming to attract more budget-conscious hatchback buyers.

Hyundai i20 Sportz (O) – Now With More Premium Features

Hyundai has also updated the i20 Sportz (O) variant with additional premium features:

• Keyless entry & push-button start

• Voice-enabled electric sunroof

• Premium 7-speaker Bose audio system

The price of the Sportz (O) variant has increased by up to Rs.26,000, reflecting the added equipment.
